Front End Supervisor

This role is responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience by overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. The position involves ensuring prompt, courteous customer service, promoting loyalty programs, and leading by example in maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The Front End Supervisor trains and mentors Associates, addresses customer concerns, and supports store operations to achieve shrink reduction and safety goals.
