Front End Supervisor

This role is responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience and overseeing a team of Associates at the front of the store. The position involves ensuring prompt, courteous customer service, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The Front End Supervisor leads by example, trains and mentors team members, and addresses customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
