This role provides professional front-line reception and administrative support for outpatient consultant clinics, ensuring efficient patient flow and clinic readiness. The position involves coordinating patient registration, appointments, billing, and maintaining accurate medical records while delivering excellent customer service. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring compliance with hospital policies and maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
