Front of House Supervisor

This role directly supervises front of the house employees, overseeing the general functioning of the dining room, bar, and cocktail service staff during operating hours. The position is responsible for organizing work schedules, estimating and ordering supplies, and ensuring all meals are served according to established policies and procedures. The supervisor also conducts walk-throughs, monitors food quality and safety standards, and assists with server and bus person duties to ensure effective service and guest satisfaction.
