Front Office Manager

The Front Office Manager leads all operational activities for the Front Office, including the Front Desk, Night Audit, Valet, Bell, Concierge, PBX, and seasonal Ice Rink at a 165-key resort. This role involves managing a team of 50+ employees, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, and meeting or exceeding profit levels. The position requires resolving guest issues, optimizing room inventory for revenue maximization, and maintaining smooth daily operations.
