The Front Office Manager at The Guest House at Graceland oversees daily operations within the Operations Department, supervising staff across the PBX, Front Desk, Guest Services, and Bell Person teams. This role involves managing employee schedules, training new hires, and ensuring compliance with security procedures while delivering exceptional guest service. The position requires handling guest complaints, performing bookkeeping and clerical duties, and filling in for front desk roles as needed. It is a full-time opportunity with variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
