Front Office Supervisor

The Front Office Supervisor oversees the daily functioning of front office operations in partnership with the Practice Manager, ensuring excellent patient care and customer service. This role involves supervising and developing Patient Access staff, coordinating front desk workflow and staffing, and serving as a working supervisor who performs Patient Access Specialist duties. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, facilitating team meetings, and supporting revenue cycle communication and process improvements.
