Front Office Supervisor

The Front Office Supervisor supports the Director of Front Office in leading daily operations at The Meritage Resort and Spa, ensuring seamless guest arrival and departure experiences while maintaining Forbes-level hospitality standards. This role provides hands-on leadership for Front Office Agents, PBX, and Bell/Valet teams, driving operational efficiency, revenue opportunities, and exceptional guest engagement. The position plays a key role in resolving guest escalations, maintaining departmental standards, and fostering a collaborative, service-focused culture.
