quinn is building a unified, app-first frontend to replace its fragmented web applications, creating a single experience for employers, employees, and internal support teams across multiple markets. This role involves owning the development of the main quinn app, the internal Maestro batch tool, and the shared component library, ensuring a native-feeling experience on mobile and desktop. The position requires a strong focus on UI quality, scalable code, and independent decision-making within a small, AI-native team.
