Frontline Employees Database Engineer

Salmon is seeking an engineer to design, build, and maintain the internal Frontline Employees Database that supports HR and operational processes for roughly 4,000 frontline staff. The role involves creating automation workflows, developing PostgreSQL structures, building internal tools with Retool, and integrating various HR systems via APIs, while providing ongoing support and evolving MVPs into reliable products.
