FSAP Psychologist

The FSAP Psychologist provides behavioral health services to UCSF faculty, staff, and eligible employees, offering brief mental health counseling, risk assessment, and care coordination. The role involves consulting with managers and leaders on workplace behavioral health concerns, designing organizational interventions, and supporting complex employee needs. Additionally, the position contributes to program development, delivers training and psychoeducation, and provides clinical supervision to postdoctoral psychology fellows.
