This role defines and owns the overall Financial Services Cloud (FSC) data strategy, roadmap, and implementation approach across multiple data domains including Customer, Household, and Holdings. The position leads data discovery, assessment activities, and the establishment of a target-state FSC data architecture and Customer 360 vision. It involves determining the optimal system-of-record strategy and developing enterprise data migration strategies, including sequencing, loading approaches, and cutover planning.
