The Clinical Team Lead (CTL) owns clinical delivery for clinical research trials and acts as the Clinical Project Manager within the core project team. The CTL partners with project managers and functional leads to ensure successful clinical execution within contractual and budgetary requirements and represents clinical delivery to the customer. The role oversees clinical and site management and supports project strategy, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
