A Senior Clinical Research Associate (FSP CRA II/Snr CRA) at Syneos Health supports clinical trials by conducting site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out activities while ensuring adherence to protocol, regulatory requirements and ICH-GCP. The role conducts source document review, informed consent verification, investigational product oversight and collaborates with project teams and sponsors across the study lifecycle. May mentor junior CRAs and participate in Real World Late Phase activities with significant travel (up to 75%).
