The Quality Food Safety Area Manager supports the DC site's overall quality and food safety objectives, managing a team of hourly leads and associates and ensuring access to training, tools, and performance management. The role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reliable, safe products on time and uses data-driven approaches to identify problems and implement sustainable solutions. It also acts as the first escalation point for FSQ matters during shift and drives continuous improvement and technology adoption.
