FSQA Department Manager

This role oversees the day-to-day activities of the FSQA Department at the plant, implementing and assessing initiatives to improve product quality, food safety, and consistency. The position provides leadership to employees across departments and supports the Plant Manager in maintaining high standards. The incumbent leads projects to enhance plant performance and acts as the SQF Practitioner to maintain the SQF Program.
