FSQA Manager

The FSQA Manager is responsible for managing and continuously improving the plant's food safety and quality systems to ensure compliance with corporate requirements and produce safe, wholesome pet food products. This role involves supervising QA and sanitation personnel, implementing inspection and testing programs, and serving as the Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) and SQF Practitioner. The position requires driving food safety objectives, managing regulatory compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to address quality issues and customer complaints.
