About this role
Provides routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with individual care plans and supervisor direction at a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, observing and reporting changes in resident condition, and maintaining accurate documentation and resident confidentiality. This position is non-supervisory and works directly with nursing staff to support resident well-being.
