FT Customer Experience Coordinator

The incumbent leads by example to maintain a clean store environment while actively engaging with customers and mentoring team members on operational principles. Core duties include training Associates, coordinating breaks and POS coverage, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and labor laws.
