FT - Outreach Worker (Prince George)

This unionized role provides assistive outreach support to help clients adjust to and succeed within their community following referrals from funders. The incumbent works independently as part of a care team to conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and address diverse daily living needs including housing, health, and employment.
