Fulfilment Coordinator - Control Room-T1 D

This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about the end-to-end lifecycle of retail and customer orders through the Kingsway DC while making a real difference to service levels. The Fulfilment Co-ordinator champions fulfilment, with a particular focus on automated picking areas, by releasing customer and store orders into WMS systems and liaising with operational teams to achieve service level agreements. The position involves ensuring system configuration, minimizing aged picks, and identifying opportunities for fulfilment improvements.
