Full Time Aquatic Staff

The Full Time Aquatic Staff member ensures the safety and well-being of participants in aquatic activities, fostering an inclusive and values-based environment at the Y. This role involves welcoming members, responding to various situations, and helping build confidence and swimming skills through private lessons or group classes. The position combines duties of a lifeguard, swim instructor, and potential pool deck leader.
