About this role
An Assistant Manager at Cinemark supports daily theatre operations and helps ensure company policies and operational standards are met. The role is cross-trained across departments to provide frontline leadership, train team members, and support guest service and facility upkeep. Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program enables progression to Senior Assistant Manager and ultimately Theatre or General Manager.
