The Assistant Manager supports the overall operation of a Cinemark theatre, ensuring company policies and operational standards are met. The role is cross-trained across all departments to provide supervision, coaching, and guest service support, and participates in management training with a path to Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program. This position requires onsite, front-line leadership during flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
