About this role
An Assistant Manager at Cinemark supports the overall operation of the theatre by ensuring policies and procedures are followed and operational standards are met. The role is cross-trained across departments, provides training and coaching to team members, and supports the General Manager with administrative and operational duties. Successful candidates may progress to Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program.
