The Assistant Manager supports the overall operation of a Cinemark theatre, helping ensure policies, procedures, and operational standards are met. The role is cross-trained across all departments to provide support and deliver training to team members. This position serves as a stepping stone in a management career path leading to Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre/General Manager roles upon completion of the Management Accreditation Program.
