About this role
A Cinemark Assistant Manager supports the overall operation of a movie theatre, ensuring company policies and operational standards are followed. The role is cross-trained across all departments to assist where needed and to help train and develop team members. It is a management-track position with advancement opportunities through the Management Accreditation Program to Senior Assistant Manager, Theatre Manager, or General Manager.
