The Beauty Lead Advisor is an in-store Sephora at Kohl’s representative who helps ensure an excellent client experience through strong beauty knowledge and brand representation. The role supports the presentation and performance of the Sephora department by maintaining merchandising and operational standards and supporting store operations. This position works primarily on the sales floor and engages directly with customers to represent the brand.
