About this role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care to home care and hospice clients in accordance with physician-prescribed plans of care and under the direction of a supervising RN. This full-time role is based in Silver Spring, MD and surrounding areas with Holy Cross Home Care & Hospice, a faith-based, not-for-profit, Medicare-certified provider and member of Trinity Health At Home. The position supports in-home patient care and documentation using the Epic EMR system.
