The Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) provides occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing environment. Working within the Avamere Three Fountains/ALF department, the COTA collaborates with healthcare teams to assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions that promote patient independence and quality of life.
