Full Time Dairy/Frozen Manager

The Full Time Dairy/Frozen Manager is responsible for taking excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations while managing and supervising up to 10 associates in the Dairy/Frozen Department. This role involves overseeing the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department, ensuring proper stock levels, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. The manager is also tasked with recruiting, training, and developing associates, as well as managing departmental operations to maximize gross profit and minimize operating expenses.
