Full Time Dairy/Frozen Manager

The Full Time Dairy/Frozen Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing up to 10 associates, and overseeing the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Dairy/Frozen Department. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring proper stock levels, maintaining cleanliness, and driving sales and profitability while adhering to company policies and standards. The manager will also handle hiring, training, performance evaluations, and resolving customer and associate complaints.
