Full Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)

This role involves providing hands-on care and mentorship to a young man with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Joppa area, focusing on building independence, personal care routines, and social skills. The position requires assisting with daily activities, community outings, and household tasks to support a fulfilling and productive lifestyle. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with some flexibility required based on the individual's needs.
