Full-Time Engineering Hire

This role involves owning the entire engineering loop for an early-stage AI developer tooling startup, from ingesting agent conversation data to automated patch generation and verification. The position requires building robust infrastructure to help engineering teams identify and resolve failures, while setting technical and cultural standards for the team. The engineer will work directly with customers to understand production issues and independently drive solutions from problem to shipped product.
