The Floor Leader supports the Store Management Team by overseeing day-to-day shop floor operations, driving sales, and helping create an exceptional customer experience. This role involves coaching and developing sales associates, assisting with store opening/closing and cash procedures, and supporting operational and visual merchandising standards. The Floor Leader also helps communicate brand values and participates in community and in-store initiatives to build brand loyalty.
