Full Time Floral Manager

The Floral Manager is responsible for taking excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations, while designing and fashions floral arrangements for various events. This role involves managing and supervising up to 10 associates in the Floral Department, ensuring overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department. The manager is also responsible for processing, packaging, stocking, and maintaining floral products according to standards, cleaning work areas, and providing exceptional customer service.
