Full Time Floral Manager

The Full Time Floral Manager is responsible for taking excellent care of customers by satisfying their needs and exceeding expectations during every shopping visit. This role involves designing and fashions floral arrangements for various events, managing up to 10 associates, and ensuring the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Floral Department. The manager is also responsible for processing, packaging, stocking, and maintaining floral products according to standards, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
