About this role

Ennoble Care is seeking a full‑time hospice registered nurse case manager to provide skilled nursing assessments, planning, and care for patients and their families in Hunterdon and Warren County, NJ. The RN will manage a patient caseload, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and ensure accurate documentation and supportive care throughout the hospice experience.
