Full Time Lead Personal Shopper

This full-time position is responsible for managing nearly every aspect of the Personal Shopper program, from downloading and shopping internet orders to loading customer vehicles. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by satisfying customer needs, exceeding expectations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. During downtime, the associate may also perform duties as a bagger or cashier.
