Full-Time Maintenance Technician

QSL Management is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for The Barclay at Little River to ensure the property's facilities and grounds are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards. The role involves executing a preventative maintenance program, managing building and grounds upkeep, and providing accurate documentation for all systems and equipment. The technician will also assist with resident move-in and discharge tasks while adhering to company time frames and OSHA compliance.
