AmeriCorps Neighbor to Neighbor Fellows serve in communities across Northern California to build volunteer infrastructure and strengthen community engagement within nonprofits and local government agencies. The role focuses on reducing social isolation, increasing volunteer participation, and expanding infrastructure for climate action and disaster preparedness awareness. Fellows work behind-the-scenes to design and implement systems that enable meaningful volunteer engagement and support the development of Neighborhood Leaders.
