Tia is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide affirming primary and gynecological care at its Williamsburg or SoHo clinics. The role supports the full spectrum of women’s health—clinical care, procedures, and whole-person medicine—while participating in care-model development and technology-enabled workflows. Providers will work onsite with a set schedule that includes one evening shift weekly and an anticipated Saturday rotation. The position emphasizes inclusive, patient-centered care and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams.
