About this role

This role serves as the expert in store operational processes, supervising associates to ensure operational efficiency and delivering excellent customer service. The incumbent will teach, coach, and develop team members while managing critical tasks such as freight unload, stockroom management, and omni-channel fulfillment. Additionally, they will partner with the merchandising team and foster an inclusive culture by leading with integrity and maintaining strong operational standards.

Responsibilities
