This role involves providing excellent member service at the RMP Branch in Rockville, MD, while handling various financial transactions and maintaining accurate daily balances. The position requires cross-selling credit union products, adhering to operational procedures, and floating to other branches as needed. Associates will work extended hours and Saturdays, with compensatory time off provided during the week.
