This role involves assisting the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing the day-to-day functions of the licensed and unlicensed nursing staff at a non-profit, mission-driven organization. The position requires managing patient admissions, discharges, and transfers while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining effective communication with physicians and families. The incumbent will also participate in care planning, staff supervision, and quality assurance initiatives to support the highest level of care in the community.
