DUVO
This role serves as the sole occupant of the function, reporting to the Head of Engineering and collaborating with the Security Lead to own policies, access reviews, and the Trust Center configuration. The position ensures that buyers, auditors, and regulators receive accurate, evidenced answers regarding Duvo's security and compliance posture during enterprise security reviews. The role is critical for maintaining the company's reviewability and managing its certification commitments across multiple regulatory frameworks.
Duvo is an agentic operations platform built for retail, FMCG, and CPG teams that maps how operations actually run, designs improved workflows, and executes them across existing systems like ERPs, supplier portals, email, and spreadsheets. It covers use cases including supplier onboarding, purchase order management, invoice reconciliation, inventory replenishment, and promo management, delivering measurable outcomes in weeks rather than months. Operators maintain full control via role-based access, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
