Functional Assessor

The Functional Assessor role involves conducting functional assessments of claimants through face‑to‑face, video, and telephone interactions to evaluate their ability to perform daily activities. The assessor produces detailed clinical reports for the Department for Work and Pensions, works within a supportive clinical team, and follows a structured training programme to achieve DWP accreditation while enjoying hybrid working and a range of employee benefits.
