Functional Family Therapy Provider

The Functional Family Therapy Provider role involves learning and applying the Evidence-Based Practice Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model to provide services to youth and families, improving their health, safety, and overall well-being. The position is part of the Clinical Outpatient team, working with a team of five and reporting to the Clinical Manager – FFT. The provider will engage clients and families, document services using the CSS system, and manage confidential client information through systems like MyAvatar. The role requires providing FFT services to 10-12 families, primarily seen in-home on a weekly basis, while monitoring treatment progress and adjusting phases as needed.
