Functional Lead - Business Analysis

As a Functional Lead at Gainwell, you will serve as the primary business analysis point of contact for Wisconsin's Children's Long-Term Support (CLTS) program, acting as the functional lead supporting the initiative. This role requires a highly organized, self-directed lead BA who can independently manage a portfolio of maintenance activities and projects while serving as the primary liaison between Wisconsin DHS, business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong ownership, accountability, business analysis expertise, and operational awareness to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful delivery of business outcomes.
