Functional Trainer - Commercial

The Trainer will support the Training Needs Analysis and oversee the development and delivery of learning and knowledge content for the Commercial pillar. The role partners with Functional Trainers and Change Managers to define curriculum and course outlines, and manages the production and tracking of global learning materials. The position is based in Prague and operates within a matrix organization to ensure training aligns with broader business and technology changes.
